Jr. Camp (kids entering grades 4-7) July 20-23: Check in July 20 from 7-8pm, concludes July 23 at 11am
Sr. Camp (kids entering grades 8-12) July 23-27: Check in July 23 from 7-8pm, concludes July 27 at 1pm
*Registration is open May 1 - July 5, 2025.
*Cost is $30 per camper, which is all inclusive and non-refundable.
*Cancellations: If your child is registered for camp but can no longer to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
*Location: Keith Boyd's Pavilion & Pond 20200 Stebbins Rd. Saegertown, PA 16433 - Turn onto Maple Road (off of S. Mosiertown Rd.) Directional signs will be posted.

What is Camp Venango for Jesus?
Camp Venango for Jesus is a nondenominational camp for kids entering grades 4 through 12.
Core Belief: CVFJ believes that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is our risen Savior, and that He will someday return.
Mission: To introduce Jesus Christ to local youth and to help those who know Him grow in their faith.
Vision: CVFJ is a nondenominational camp with the purpose of presenting the Good News of Jesus Christ to local children and youth in an affordable outdoor camp setting, guided by the Holy Spirit, and through the help of Christian volunteers.
Important Information: Please Read
Campers cannot leave the premises without preauthorized permission from the Dean.
No cellphones, smart watches, or electronics of any sort, cameras, recording devices, knives, firearms, tobacco, or alcohol will be permitted at camp.
Medication of any kind must be provided to the Nurse at check in.
No outside food is allowed unless medically necessary (which must be turned in to the Nurse at registration).
Modest swimwear and attire are mandatory while at camp. Two-piece swimsuits will need to be covered with a t-shirt.
Dinner will not be served the night of registration.
Mark all belongings with your name.
CVFJ/Common Grounds is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Sleeping arrangements are in tents and separated by age and sex.
Each tent will have a minimum of two counselors.
Portable toilets and temporary bathing facilities will be on the premises.
Don’t Forget Anything!
Be sure to pack everything you need for camp!
Packing List - What to Bring
Large plastic tote to protect belongings from moisture
Bible (first time campers will receive a Bible at registration)
Clothes for at least 4 days and PJ's Modest swimwear
Towels & washcloths (extra for swimming)
Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo
Bug spray & sunscreen
Sleeping bag, pillow, and extra blankets
Foam, cot, or twin-size air mattress
Flashlight
Extra shoes and water shoes (if desired)
Jacket/hoodies Rain gear
Plastic shower bag
Garbage bag for dirty clothes
Notebook & pen
If you desire your child to wear a life jacket when swimming in the pond you must provide it.
