Please note that pavilion rentals only provide exclusive use to the pavilion. The park is open to the public.

Rental Information
Wedding: $525
The rental includes the entire property, use of the area for rehearsal, and decorating on the day before the wedding. The café building (if available) could be used, provided prior arrangements are made. Wedding rentals include the use of picnic tables and access to 100 metal chairs for the ceremony.
Large Group: $225
Over 50 people with an 8-hour rental
Small Group: $175
Under 50 people with a 6-hour rental
Rental Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTING COMMON GROUNDS of CRAWFORD COUNTY
Common Grounds' priority and mission are to provide a safe place for the young people of Crawford County to socialize and be free of negative influences. Therefore, Common Grounds’ scheduling priority is given to events sponsored by Common Grounds and its ministry partners. Renting to the public is secondary to the primary goal of Common Grounds. Common Grounds reserves the right to refuse any rental if it contradicts the mission and vision of Common Grounds.
Please note there is a possibility of a Common Grounds event occurring during or partially overlapping with your rental time, but not interfering with your rental due to the large area of Common Grounds. If there is another event taking place on the same day, the director will notify you.
A Rental of Common Grounds includes the use of a large pavilion, a kitchen area with a small attached pavilion and restrooms, a barbecue pit area, a fire pit, and the use of the large grounds area. Rental does not include the use of an enclosed building unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.

Rental will be confirmed once half the rental fee is received.
Balance of Rental Fee is required no later than 30 days prior to booked event.
Hours of rental are determined upon booking, but no later than 11pm.
Parking area is on the upper level. Limited vehicles are permitted to park below. NO VEHICLE SHOULD BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY (due to driveway is also used by private neighboring owners.)
Use of sports/recreation equipment by request.
Building will be unlocked at time of requested rental unless other arrangements have been made.
Renter is responsible for making sure all doors are locked upon departure
Renter is responsible to leave facility in the same condition or better than arrival.
All garbage to be put in dumpster, kitchen area to be left clean and swept, all tables and chairs are to be returned to the original places.
Renter is responsible for any damages, lost or broken items
Cancellation: Fee will not be refunded unless cancellation occurs before 60 days of the requested event
No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, non-tobacco products are permitted on the grounds.
All activities must be Pennsylvania State legal and family friendly.
Laws, rules, and regulations of PA Game Commission apply
Excessive noise is prohibited. Per Woodcock Township ordinance – loud noise to end by 10PM
Common Grounds is a Christian faith-based organization and as such we believe that God created us men and women, in His image and likeness. We also believe that God ordained marriage to be between one biological man and one biological woman. We do welcome people of all faiths, ethnicities, races, and sexual orientations to visit Common Grounds and be a part of the activities that go on. But we affirm God's view of marriage by only allowing wedding ceremonies between a biologically born man and a biologically born woman. Common Grounds reserves the right to refuse a rental that is contrary to the mission and vision of Common Grounds.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION BY GROUP: Renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Common Grounds of Crawford County and its directors, officers, volunteers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliate ministries from any and all losses, damages, claims, injuries, including death, and other liabilities of every kind arising, directly or indirectly, out of renters activities, and use of the facility, as well as the actions of the guests or invitees of the responsible party/rental group. Renter agrees to reimburse Common Grounds of Crawford County for any and all court and arbitration costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by Common Grounds of Crawford County, in any way related to such claims. Renter hereby assumes all risks and expressly waives any and all claims or causes of action against Common Grounds of Crawford County as a result of the death or injury of renter’s guests, invitees, volunteers, agents in connection with the use of the facilities and agrees to look only to its own insurance coverage in these regards.
